I hate it. Again Vil got a note that his CV is very impressive, but they think Vil’s qualification is way above the needed level and they are concerned that Vil won’t be happy with the position and get bored soon. Hmmmm, WTF? Vil is ok with it, even if the position is way below his qualifications, so why not you Mo******ers!?
